My stay was for two nights, enjoying the spacious Deluxe Room City View with One King Bed, which had a great view. The reception staff were exceptional, making check-in a breeze with their quick and personable service. Raouf, Afzal, and Chelle went above and beyond, making my experience even more memorable. The pool was nice and offered a relaxing spot, even though I had hoped for earlier opening hours given the heat. I appreciated how clean everything was, and the overall helpfulness of the team made my visit enjoyable.

The Beautiful Room City View with One King Bed was spacious, impeccably clean, and well-ventilated. I loved how attentive and pleasant the staff were throughout my stay. I spent 6 nights at the Metropolitan Al Mafraq in a Deluxe Room City View with One King Bed. The room itself had a nice view, but I found the fridge to be very hot, which made it hard to keep our drinks and snacks cool. The toiletries provided in the room were a letdown. there wasn’t even a bar soap or any disposable slippers, which seemed odd for the price we were paying. The staff, however, stood out. They were exceptionally kind and quick to assist with anything we needed. Housekeeping was an absolute gem, keeping everything impeccably clean. I received fantastic service from Mrs Prabitha in room service. she always delivered on time and with a smile. The location was convenient for accessing nearby attractions while still being quiet and relaxing. Overall, it had its flaws but the service did make up for a lot of it.

The spacious Deluxe Room City View was a hit with my kids and offered a relaxing atmosphere for the family. The pool was a favorite hangout, complete with friendly lifeguards making sure everyone was safe.
